Puppy Purchase Agreement
The Buyer hereby agrees to purchase the puppy from Haught Diggity Dogges,out of: Angels of Lawrence
Bella X Motown’s Tattoo; Born 11/20/2009 for the amount of $_________________________, and is prepared
to be a responsible owner.
The buyer understands that this puppy will be eligible for permanent registration with the I.O.E.B.A and CKC
and will be instructed on how to register the puppy.
The Seller agrees to furnish the buyer with the necessary health information, including all shots and worming
records. Puppy will have received 1-3 vaccines, depending on age, and will be wormed at least 2 times. No puppy
will be replaced or no money will be refunded in case of Parvo.
A minimum of a $300.00 non refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy. Deposits must be paid via
Paypal, Check or Money Order. Choice of a puppy is determined by a first come first to choose basis.
The puppy will be placed on hold for 4 business days while waiting for said deposit. If the deposit is not
received by or on the 5th business day, the puppy will be placed back up for sale. Once Haught Diggity
Dogges receives the deposit the puppy will be considered sold. If for any reason you change your mind and do
not want or can not take your puppy, you forfeit your deposit. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Deposits can
only be carried over towards a puppy from a future litter.
All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. This includes flight crate and actual shipping costs. All
shipping and remaining balance on the puppy MUST be paid before puppy(s) will be shipped. The Veterinarian
Certificate will be provided by the Seller.
Buyer will pick up puppy at the time it is eight weeks old, or have the puppy shipped by the time it is eight
weeks old. If after the puppy is eight weeks old, and there is no attempts by the Buyer to make arrangements with
Haught Diggity Dogges or any attempts to pickup or ship the puppy, Haught Diggity Dogges will assume that
you no longer want the puppy and the Buyer then forfeits the puppy, deposit and any payments made on the
puppy. Then puppy will then be put back up for sale.
The Buyer Agrees To The Following:
The Buyer agrees to keep the puppy's vaccinations current and keep the puppy in humane conditions,
providing proper food, water, shelter and lots of love and affection.
The Buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by a Licensed Veterinarian within two business day after
delivery time for a complete physical examination and to provide seller a copy of puppy's Vet Health examination
within 7days. If puppy is not examined by a Licensed Veterinarian within two business days after delivery time, all
guarantees listed are null and void.
The Buyer agrees to register the puppy with Haught Diggity’s as it’s prefix, appearing in front of puppy‘s given
name.
Your Haught Diggity Dogges Puppy is Guaranteed as Follows:
To be in good physical condition for the first two business days after the time of delivery to the Buyer. If your
Licensed Veterinarian finds the puppy to have a serious physical condition other then a viral or bacterial
infection, such as cocidia or giadaria, which are easily treated, the Seller will replace the puppy with another
puppy of comparable or better quality when available from same or upcoming litter, after the first puppy is
returned to Seller. The Seller reserves the right to a second Veterinarian’s opinion by the Seller’s Veterinarian, all
at the Buyers expense.
We guarantee against genetic defects/hereditary defects that cause death or serious impairment of the vital
functions in the puppy until said puppy is one year old. If such an inheritable defect is documented by a Licensed
Veterinarian and presented to the Seller with sufficient supporting evidence, they Buyer will be entitled to a
replacement puppy of comparable or better quality, when available from same or upcoming litter, after the first
puppy is returned to the Seller. The Seller reserves the right to a second Veterinarian’s opinion by the Seller’s
Veterinarian, all at the Buyers expense.
Your guarantee will be valid as long as the puppy gets all vaccinations on time and has all Vet visit
documentation. At no time is the Seller responsible for defects/conditions caused by the Buyers neglect, abuse,
improper nutrition, treatment or mishandling of the puppy.
By signing this agreement, You the Buyer agree that you have read and completely understand
this agreement.
I the Buyer have enclosed a $300.00 non refundable deposit to hold my puppy and I
agree to pay the remaining balance by the time the puppy reaches 8 weeks of age, in the amount of
